Shimarz Cosmetics - All Natural, Organic Cosmetics

I was given the wonderful opportunity to try out these new products from a new company called Shimarz Cosmetics.  They offer cosmetics that have no harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, petrochemicals, dyes or phthalates!  They're products are all natural, organic, vegan and gluten free. Shimarz products are available primarily on Amazon.

While they offer only a small variety of products, they definitely make up for it with quality! To start we have their Vinyl Mesh Makeup Bag. This bag is very well constructed with strong vinyl mesh and a durable zipper closure.  It's very roomy and holds all of my Shimarz cosmetics easily with room to spare. Retail: $14.99 BUY HERE

The mascara is a wonderful formula. It's great for those with sensitive eyes and it's made from all natural ingredients for color and quality! No artificial colors or fragrances. The wand applies smoothly and no clumping as well. This mascara is also water resistant smudge proof. Retail: $19.99 BUY HERE

This gel liner is definitely one of my favorite products. It's very creamy and smooth and applies like a dream! Best part, once it dries it's completely sealed and smudge proof! I tested this liner on the back of my hand for the day and it held up beautifully with no flaking and it didn't even budge! Retail: $16.99 BUY HERE

Their eyeliner pencil looks standard but don't let that fool you! This organic liner is close to a gel in application. It glides on very smoothly and is easily blendable for a stunning smokey eye. Retail: $10.99 BUY HERE

Shimarz also offers a line of very high quality brushes! This brush set includes 7 eye makeup brushes perfect for all your looks. They're hypoallergenic and safe for use for those with sensitivities. They clean easily and the super soft synthetic bristles work great with both powders and cream products. I also love that each brush has it's intended use stamped on to the handle for easy identification for beginners or advanced makeup artists. Retail: $39.99 BUY HERE

The second brush set they offer is the Eyebrow Brush Set. This set includes the angled eyeliner brush, brow/lash groomer and spooly. All made from high quality materials and synthetic bristles so you can use these brushes with powder, cream or liquid products. Retail: $24.99 BUY HERE

Overall, the product line is excellent!  If you're in the market for safe, chemical free cosmetics, I would highly recommend Shimarz! They have officially proved to me that the chemicals in other cosmetics aren't absolutely necessary to create an amazing piece of makeup! Their products are amazing and work better than most of my current cosmetics! I can already tell you their gel liner is now on my holy grail list! What are you waiting for? Try them out!

ColourPop Cosmetics Review + Swatches!

Ever since I learned about ColourPop, I have been OBSESSED! I didn't even have any products yet but I could tell they were amazing quality.  I finally got my first order! When I signed up they gave me a coupon for $5 my purchase so or course I had to get a few things.  They also offer Free Shipping on orders of $30 or more! So I took advantage of that and got $35 worth of products for $30 shipped.

They include an adorable handwritten note with every order. I think that's a great addition and really personalizes your purchase! It makes me feel special.

They have tons of products including Lippie Stix, Eyeshadows, Lippie Liners, Blushes and even collabs with popular Youtube Beauty Gurus! The best part? Shadows and Lippies are only $5 each and Blushes are only $8 each!!

I ordered myself 4 of the Eye Shadows and 3 of the Lippie Stix.

Super Shock Eye Shadows
These shadows are seriously BUTTER. So smooth and so creamy you actually have to be careful you don't knock it out of the pan. They're screw top so no breaking your nails trying to open them (yay!) They have all their information on the bottom of the jar.

Animal - This shadow is a neon coral with a fleck of gold shimmer and a satin finish. Absolutely amazing pigment and reflects the light on the shimmer and looks so amazing! Great accent color for Spring!

BUY HERE

Dare - an amazingly gorgeous neon purple with hints of hot pink and violet metallic shimmers. The pigmentation on this one is incredible! So bright, so sparkly, SO IN LOVE!!

BUY HERE

Rex - a matte black with amazingly bright metallic blue shimmers. I couldn't believe how stunning this one is in person, at different angles you get different shades of blue and even purples in the right light!

BUY HERE

Slave2Pink - an unbelievable neon pink with blue, hot pink, violet and silver shimmer. The metallic duo chrome finish on this shadow is extraordinary! This one is definitely one to add to your collection.

Overall, the shadows are so amazing I have run out of words to describe them. I will definitely be buying more, a lot more!

Lippie Stix
After seeing Dani from CoffeeBreakWithDani try out the Lippie Stix, I have been dying to try these! There are Lippie Stix and Lippie Pencils in coordinating colors, so no guessing which lip liner goes with which lipstick, brilliant! The Lippies come in satin, cream, glossy, hyper-glossy, matte and pearlized finishes.

Frida (satin) - This is the lipstick that got me hooked on ColourPop! The minute I saw this color I knew it had to be mine! This color was designed by CoffeeBreakWithDani  - she says, "For the woman fueled by a substantial amount of coffee." Perfect shade for every skin tone!
BUY HERE

Punky (satin) - a warm neon pink that is PERFECT for this Spring! I'm absolutely loving the satin finish on these Lippies. So creamy and so pigmented!

BUY HERE

Monkey (hyper-glossy) - a super pastel bubblegum pink! I LOVE this color but unfortunately, i'm not a fan of the hyper-glossy finish. I also recommend using a lip liner with this color.

BUY HERE

So impressed with the Lippie Stix! I now know i'm not a fan of the glossy or hyper-glossy but majority of their Lippie Stix are matte and satin finishes.

Disney Elsa Beauty Collection Review + Swatches!

Since the Elsa Collection has come to Walgreens stores, I had to pick up a few of the products to try out for myself.  I picked up the Nail Polish Duo, The Eyeshadow Palette by Elf, and the Elf Face Palette.

ORLY Elsa Nail Polish Sister Duos ($10.99)
I picked up this duo which includes: Coronation Ball & Olaf You a Lot

Both colors are absolutely gorgeous! However, the formula of the glitter polish (Coronation Ball) is very goopy. It was difficult to apply multiple coats. I'm not sure if all of the glitter polishes are like that, or if I happened to get a defective bottle. The pink polish (Olaf You a Lot) is a stunning spring pink and the formula is better but still not fantastic. Honestly, I feel the prices are way too high for these polishes but if you happen to find them on sale, I would say pick them up!

ELF Elsa Eyeshadow Palette ($6.99)

This palette is the Snow and Ice Glow Eyeshadow Palette by E.L.F. It includes 9 shadows with remarkable pigmentation. I used to hate ELF shadows because they didn't seem like the quality was worth it. However, they have since changed the formula of their shadows and now I have a new addiction. These colors are amazing!

ELF Elsa Face Palette ($6.99)

This palette is the Snow and Ice Icicle Face Palette by ELF.  It includes a highlighter, blush and bronzer.  The pigmentation and blendability of these powders is fantastic! This is a great product for beginners/intermediate who are learning to contour. I have to say, the bronzer is not my favorite color to use for my skin tone but if used with a light hand, it works wonderfully.

Pacifica Review + Giveaway!

Pacifica kindly sent me these new products to try out!
The packaging is GORGEOUS!!! I love everything about it. Bright colors, fun designs, easy to read!

♥ Purify Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes ♥
These cleansing wipes are amazing! They smell so good and they're not soggy like most wipes. They removed all my makeup and grime from the day easily. My skin feels so clean and they don't break me out!  Plus, they're biodegradable, sulfate and paraben free and perfect for all skin types!
♥ Alight Multi-Mineral BB Cream♥
The BB Cream is fantastic! It's definitely a light coverage cream and it has a glowy sparkle to it. It's also a skin matching cream! It easily blends to match your skin tone! I'm not quite sure how well this works on darker skin tones but it matches my light shade perfectly.
