Peppermint & Lemon Essential Oils Review

Insta-Natural introduced these decadent essential oils in a variety of scents.  They kindly sent me Lemon and Peppermint to review. Normally, I don't use essential oil but I heard of the great benefits of both of these and decided to give them a try.  

The minute I picked up the package, I could smell the delightful aroma of these oils! These are very large bottles at 4 ounces and the packaging is an amber glass bottle . They have long droppers so you can reach every inch of oil. 

The lemon oil is so refreshing! It doesn't have that imitation lemon smell either, it smells like fresh squeezed lemons!  It's a great additive to DIY skincare recipes and cleaning supplies! Nothing smells better than a lemony fresh kitchen!

The peppermint oil is amazing. It reminds me of the holidays and when I make peppermint bark. Although this oil is NOT for eating, it sure does smell delicious.  This oil is great for using in your shower to energize you and clear the senses. Don't drip it all over the floor or you'll slip, but put a drop or two around the edges of your shower. Peppermint oil is also great for using around your window sills to keep out spiders and other insects!

And of course, you can always put these oils into an essential oil warmer and make your house smell wonderful.

Argan Oil Hair Mask Review

InstaNaturals Argan Oil Hair Mask

This product is a deep conditioning hair mask that is said to help restore dry and damaged hair back to it's beautiful soft, shiny and healthy state.  It includes Argan Oil, Japanese Green Tea, Amino Acid Complex, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Avocado Oil & Vitamin B5.

First Impression: This jar is huge! It's a FULL 8 ounces.  It came sealed in shrink wrap which is great so no leaks or possibility of contamination.

When I opened the container I instantly smelled this wonderful aroma that reminded me of almonds. It was thick, creamy and because my hair is long but thin I used a little to start and added more to my hair as needed.  You use this as either a regular conditioner and rinse off after application OR you apply it to your damp, towel dried hair and leave in for 5-15 minutes and rinse.  I do my hair masks in the shower and leave in for about 5 minutes while I do my other shower routines then rinse it out.  Besides the fact that my shower smells divine, my hair instantly felt fantastic when rinsing out the product.  I could already tell it was doing wonders to my hair.

I didn't style or add any extra products to my hair afterwards and I let it air dry to I could see the natural results.

My results: My hair was frizz free! It feels fantastic and looks a lot healthier already. I have used other hair masks in the past but never one with these many beneficial ingredients and I can tell you, that makes all the difference!
