How this Throw Down is going to work:

Each challenge will involve a specific color from the Urban Decay Vice 3 palette.  We each have to create our own look using that color.  The entire eye look has to be done with colors within the palette. The challenge color MUST be included in the look whether it's the main color or accent color.
